Please use the scale below to define the chances of falling asleep in the following situations:

Being a passenger in a motor vehicle for an hour or more
Lying down in the afternoon
Sitting and talking to someone
Sitting quietly after lunch (no alcohol)

1-6: You are likely getting enough sleep
7-8: You are receiving an average amount of sleep
9+: Could indicate a sleep disorder
